Classic Hot Tea Latte

Ingredients

  • 3-4 tsp of loose leaf tea tea
  • 8 ounces of Almond Milk (can substitute dairy milk or any milk alternative)
  • 8 ounces of water

Instructions

  1. Combine the loose leaf tea with 8 ounces of water (heated to the tea’s steeping instructions) and steep via your preferred method to create a concentrate.
  2. Add your concentrate to the 8 ounces of almond milk in a sauce pan and heat until steamy.
  3. Pour into two mugs to serve. Garnish with whipped cream for an extra treat and enjoy!

Pumpkin Spice Latte with Holiday Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

  • 3-4 teaspoons of Holiday Pumpkin Pie black tea
  • ½ cup plain, unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice
  • 2 tablespoons real pumpkin purée (not pie filling)
  • 1 tablespoon real maple syrup or honey
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ⅛ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground ginger
  • Dash nutmeg
  • Dash cloves
  • Tiny dash salt
  • ½ teaspoon cornstarch (optional, makes the latte super creamy)
  • Optional garnishes: 1 cinnamon stick, whipped cream

Directions:

  1. Combine the Holiday Pumpkin Pie black tea with 8 ounces of water (heated to 212 degrees – AKA a rolling boil) and steep via your preferred method for 3 minutes to create a concentrate.
  2. Add the tea concentrate, almond milk, pumpkin purée, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves and salt to a medium saucepan. Whisk in the optional arrowroot starch or cornstarch. Pour the mixture into a stand blender and blend for a minute or two, until the components are blended together and the drink is nice and creamy.
  3. Pour the mixture back into your pan and gently rewarm on the stove, then pour it into a mug. Top with optional whipped cream and/or garnish with cinnamon stick.

Classic Matcha Latte

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Matcha
  • 8 oz Almond Milk (can substitute dairy milk or any milk alternative)
  • Whisk
  • Matcha Bowl

Instructions

  1. Heat your almond milk on a stovetop or in the microwave (but be careful not to boil the milk).
  2. Place one teaspoon of matcha powder in a traditional matcha bowl and add enough of the almond milk to cover the matcha powder. Then take your whisk and mix your powder in with the milk until the mixture is completely combined.
  3. Transfer the matcha to your favorite mug and add the rest of your hot almond milk. You can also enjoy this treat iced by combining cold almond milk with matcha and pouring over ice!

Classic Iced Tea Latte

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp of loose leaf tea tea
  • 8 ounces of Almond Milk (can substitute dairy milk or any milk alternative)

Instructions

  1. Add the loose leaf tea to the 8oz of almond milk and steep overnight (or 8-12 hours) in the refrigerator.
  2. Strain over Ice OR strain and heat, enjoy!
